'Names of the petty jury to try between our Sovereign Lady (Queen Victoria) and the Traversers, at a General Assizes and Gaol Delivery, held at Nenagh, in and for the North Riding of the County of Tipperary, on Wednesday the 20th day of March 1844'. The list gives: full name; parish or place of abode; and occupation (such as esquire, gentleman, or merchant).

The accounts of Thomas Hall Fisher, Cambridgeshire County Treasurer, include among the disbursements payments to prosecutors and their witnesses of expenses for their attendance at the sessions and assizes. Indexed separately by prosecutor and defendant: surnames are always given, with christian names or initials. Michaelmas to Christmas 1845.

Perry's Bankrupt and Insolvent Gazette, issued monthly, included lists of dissolutions of partnerships gazetted in England and Wales. The names of the partners are given in full, surnames in capitals, followed by trade and address, and date of the end of the partnership. Each entry usually ends with the phrase 'Debts by ...', indicating which partner intended to continue, and resume the responsibilities of, the business. This is the index to the names of the partners, from the issues from January to December 1845.

Insolvents in bankruptcy in England and Wales (1845)
Perry's Bankrupt and Insolvent Gazette, issued monthly, included lists of insolvents petitioning the courts of bankruptcy, together with subsequent stages in their discharge. The insolvent is generally referred to by name (surname first, in capitals), address and trade. The initial notice of the petition gives the surnames of the Commissioner and the Official Assignee. This is the index to the names of the insolvents, from the issues from January to December 1845.
